10月份我们停车没注意挡住了一段private parking的位置，后来发现车被拖走了，等找到车后发现有一个罚单，罚款53元+65元拖车费，总共118元。五天后我们就交了罚款，118元。可是今天突然收到municipal court of ville de Montreal的信, 竟然说我们还没有付一个53元的罚单，file no.和上次118的file no.不一样,可是我们从来没有收到过这个罚单。当我仔细阅读了信的内容，发现这个53元offence的日期，原因都和上次118的一模一样。这个信上说：failure to transmit a plea or the total amount due, a judgment may be rendered against you thereby adding further costs to your file, without further notice.
