谢谢DAWN的建议，因为我发音很不准确，所以跟读时学习和纠正了许多单词的发音。因为大学英语四级以外的单词都是通过强化记忆或者阅读的方式增加的，猜测有一千多个单词都是熟悉但不能正确发音的。希望尽快过了这个槛。

下午乘地铁很多站到人民广场参加英语角，发现那是英语培训机构办的，不签合同不许参加。接待人员介绍培训中心，介绍课程设置和价格，啰嗦了一个多小时才严正表明，不付钱不许参加。我的宝而不贵的时间于是溜走了四五个小时之多。Time management has always been part of me.边查单词和句子边拼凑的感慨

Life is time! nothing more! nothing less! Overcoming procrastination has been my new year's resolution as well.
To sensible men ,everyday is a day of reckoning. Many people has a good habit of bookkeeping, since they want to figour out how to spend money.You can make money. You can borrow money. You can even steal or rob money, how about time?
The greatest of all is self-management .Self-management starts from time management, time management start from recording and analyzing the time. How to record and analyze time? Different people have different ways to deal with it. The key point is never give up. It only takes you 5 mins everyday. Moreover, stay true to yourself.The meanings for this method probably is giving you a great sense of achievement thus improve your self-control.

Hopefully, this measure will change me gratually.

过去咨询的都是年轻的本土人士，本来，大家就用中文讨论。后来，一位西班牙叔叔进来，大家不得不in English,我窃喜。他们讲到美国商学院虽然mature,但是很局限，是US based,他们欧洲商学院是global based . 然后我就激烈的提问，相比中欧商学院，why Manchesiter? 几位宣传人士面面相觑，后来说“just like apple and orange"我觉得是这个问题太tough,他们绕走了。不管怎么样，我找到了英文环境并且勇敢发言了，继续参加别的商学院的推介会去，刚注册了下周三由NATIVE SPEAKER主持的推介会，我继续勇敢提问和讨论去。

穆子的移民进展如何了？是不是也要跟着红酒前后一起飞了？

Dear Dawn, 我从去年6月开始有移民加拿大的想法，但是从去年6月到今年5月的大约一整年，加拿大的联邦技术移民都没有开放，所以我也没有递交申请过。
根据现在已经公布的打分标准，我的雅思成绩也差一点，就是口语需要从5.5提高到6. 我现在寻找英文表达环境并且锻炼中。。。

恕我直言：总的来看，写得很好！但如果在写作和表达方法面下些功夫，就更好了：

1. 我建议你买一本由北京大学出版社出版的引进版写作书《The Practical Writer》(实用写作)。这本书会让你一西方人的思维方式进行思维和写作。
2. 建议尝试三段式写作。第一段（introduction）;第二段（Body）；第三段（Conclusion）。这样做的话，你的观点就表达的比较清楚了。
3. Body部分的每一段只应该只阐述一个观点或看法，并应有主题句(topic sentence)。

希望对你能有所帮助！祝你写作练习愉快！

今天讲了很多简单的句子，但是老师说这样子表达效果更好一些。雅思口语练习的书本里面，复杂句很多，而且弯弯绕绕的，我只是初学者，东施效颦起来，效果反而不好。
