首先是联邦部分，它又包括两部分：1，Basic benefit:

[*]$1,200 ($100.00 a month) for children 7 to 11;
[*]$1,343 ($111.91 a month) for children 12 to 15; and
[*]$1,423 ($118.58 a month) for children 16 or 17.2，National Child Benefit Supplement (NCBS):
[*]One-child family: $1,722 a year ($143.50 a month). This amount is reduced by 12.2% of the amount of family net income that is more than $21,480.
[*]Two-child family: $1,502 a year ($125.16 a month). This amount is reduced by 22.8% of the amount of family net income that is more than $21,480.
[*]Three-or-more-child family: $1,420 a year ($118.33 a month). The total will be reduced by 32.9% of the amount of family net income that is more than $21,480.Note
If you are on social assistance, the NCBS may affect the amount of your social assistance payments. Many provinces and territories will consider the NCBS you get as income and will adjust your basic social assistance by this amount.

What determines the maximum payment for the National Child Benefit Supplement?
The National Child Benefit Supplement (NCBS) is intended for low-income families with children. Therefore, the maximum is paid only if family net income is less than $21,480. It is reduced by a percentage amount (which depends on the number of children) when family net income is more than $21,480. Families with three or less children and family net income between $21,480 and $35,595 will receive partial NCBS. Families with four or more children will still receive some NCBS if their family net income is just above $39,500.

The BC Family Bonus program includes the Basic Family Bonus and the BC Earned Income Benefit. This program provides non-taxable monthly payments to help low- and modest-income families with the cost of raising children under age 18. Benefits are combined with the Canada Child Tax Benefit (CCTB) into a single monthly payment.
Basic Family Bonus
The Basic Family Bonus provides a benefit of up to $111 per child per month when combined with the National Child Benefit Supplement. Benefits are calculated based on the number of children in the family and family net income.
2，BC Earned Income Benefit
Families whose earned income is more than $3,750 may also be entitled to the BC Earned Income Benefit. The maximum monthly benefit a family may receive is dependant on the number of children in the family. Families with net incomes exceeding $20,921 may receive a reduced benefit.

是要跟收入挂钩的，比如06年7月到07年6月这一年的牛奶金，是按照05年的收入来厘定的。
