省提名-补料问题
今天下午收到了补料信，其中有些问题拿不太准，看看万能的论坛能给确认一下吗？
1. Business Licence(s): If you have declared owning equity in any business(es), you must submit a copy of the applicable business licence(s) in addition to evidence to support your stated equity. #技术移民就不要提供这个了吧？
2. Any other documentation you would like to submit as evidence of your ability to become economically established in Canada. #这个是需要提供什么呢？ 我没觉得有什么可以提供的，是不是空着就可以了？
3. For your spouse (if applicable): Employment reference letter for his/her present job.If your spouse is presently unemployed, please submit an employment reference letter from his/her most recent employer.This letter must contain Chinese characters as well as an English translation. # 配偶当前工作的推荐信，中英文版本。理解没问题吧？
4. Police certificates from each country in which you or your dependants (whether accompanying you to Canada or not) have spent 6 months or more since the age of 18, if you have not already submitted them.Instructions on how to obtain police certificates for specific countries may be found by clicking here. #无犯罪记录证明。 黑体字部分，我理解是：如果你之前没有提交过，那么需要提交；言外之意就是：如果你有提交过，就不用提交了，是这样吗？ 我和爱人的无犯罪记录证明都是2015年4月底办理的，在5月中旬第一次递交材料的时候就已经提交了，按照字面意思是不是就不用提交了？现在是7月底，按说无犯罪记录公证的时效性应该还没有过期，保险起见，需要再提交一遍4月底办理出来的无犯罪记录的公证件吗？

Education credentials: All documentation (diplomas and transcripts) to support your declared post-secondary education or vocational training. #成绩单还需要是密封件吗？谢谢！ 一切都已经搞定了。 呵呵。
