CIC上为何总是显示application received

我已经体检了差不多半年了，但CIC上为何总是显示application received，MER也显示了差不多半年了，但IP一直还没有出现，大家有没有出现过这种情况？这是什么原因会出现这样？？大家帮帮忙说一下好吗？
