c，弘扬中国文化，促进中加在文化，经济，教育等各方面的交流；
    Carry forward Chinese culture, promote the Sino-Canada intercommunication in culture, economy, and education.
d，通过组织各种活动，丰富加拿大华人的业余生活；
    Coloring the leisure-time for Chinese in Canada via orgnizing various activities.
e，力所能及地参与本地社区建设，帮助华人移民更好地融入加拿大本地社会；
    doing best to participate and  build the local community, helping the chinese immigrator introject into the Canada Society.
